WALTHAM, Mass. - #14 ranked Bentley put the clamps on AIC in a 16-4 home win on a rainy Saturday afternoon at Peter Yetten Field.
The Falcons held the Yellow Jackets to just 12 shots on goal and they conceded just two goals after the first quarter.
After a 16-6 victory over SNHU on Wednesday, Bentley has given up just 10 goals in the last two games.
Bentley had 11 caused turnovers, with two each for
Alex Parton and
Jack Flynn.
Dalton MacKinnon went 14-17 in the faceoff circle with eight ground balls.
The attack was led by
Hunter Smith with three goals.
David Gagnon,
Garrett Witt,
Nathan Alviti and
Charlie David each chipped in two goals.
Will Adams registered four assists and Witt had three assists and they both had a co-game high five points.
The Falcons (6-3, 3-2 NE10) are next in action on Friday night at Pace.
