MANCHESTER, N.H. – Sam Capobianco won the gold medal in the 5000 meter race and Ryan Orr and Hayden MacArthur medaled in the 800 on the final day of the Northeast 10 Men's Track and Field Outdoor Championship.

Capobianco's time of 15:23.59 was just over one second better than the silver medalist from Southern Connecticut.

It was his second individual medal and third overall after a silver in the 1500 and a gold with the 4x800 relay on Friday.
