WORCESTER, Mass. –
Skyla Lang won gold in the 200 IM at the Northeast 10 Championships for the second straight year on Friday night to highlight Bentley's performances.
Lang swam a time of 2:07.48 to edge out Pace University's Eugenia Morossi's time of 2:08.15. Two Falcons were also in the top-seven, with
Grace Motisi in sixth and
Fotini Anastasiadou in seventh to earn points for the squad.
Senior
Taylor White won her third medal of the meet with a silver in the 500 free, with a time of 5:05.32.
Alicia Shatalov finished ninth to earn points for the team.
In the 1 meter diving finals,
Rishika Moorthy came in fourth place with a score of 260.80.
In the two relay events, Bentley's best finish was fourth in the 400 medley relay. They just missed out on bronze by .12 seconds to Bridgeport. The team was comprised of White, Lang,
Caroline Ubert and Motisi.
The Falcons ended night two in second place overall with 293. Southern Connecticut is in first with 396 points.
