As of Monday morning, Bentley's home game against Southern New Hampshire has been moved from Tuesday, Feb. 24, to Wednesday, Feb. 25.
WALTHAM, Mass. – With one game left in the regular season, the Bentley men's basketball team sits one game out of first place in the Northeast 10 when the Falcons host Southern New Hampshire Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 7:30 p.m.
What's at stake
Bentley (19-7, 12-5 NE10) sits in second place the NE10, while Saint Anselm (20-7, 13-14 NE10) is in first. A Bentley win over SNHU, coupled with a Saint Anselm lost against Saint' Michael's, would allow the Falcons to tie for the best conference record. At worst, Bentley would finish the regular season tied with Assumption (16-10, 11-6 NE10) for second place in the conference.

Jay Lawson will receive the Sam Schoenfeld Sportsmanship Award, presented by the
Collegiate Basketball Officials Association (CBOA). Per the CBOA:
The award is presented to the college or university, which in the judgment of the CBOA membership, best exemplifies "the highest degree of sportsmanship, character, and ethics among their players, coaches and spectators." This is the highest honor that CBOA annually bestows on any collegiate institution.

Cooper Farrall earned his 10
th double-double when he scored 25 points and pulled down 11 boards at Adelphi this past weekend (Feb. 21). Farrall is the conference's third-leading scorer (17.3), and he's the third-leading rebounder (8.5).
Distribution center
Cash McClure has at least five assists in Bentley's last five games, averaging 6.8 dimes during that stretch. Perhaps not coincidentally, Bentley shooting an outstanding 55.2-percent from the floor in its last five games. Overall this season, McClure's 4.5 assists per game ranks second in the NE10. He also ranks seventh in scoring (16.0), and first in three-throw percentage (90.1-percent).
Favorable percentages
Bentley's 48.2 field-goal percentage ranks second in the NE10. Defensively, its opponent field-goal percentage of 41.2-percent also ranks second. The Falcons lead the NE10 in 3-point shooting, connecting 38.4-percent of its attempts from beyond the arc. Additionally, the team's 78.7 free-throw percentage ranks second in the NE10.

Bentley continues to lead the NE10 in fewest turnovers, committing just 10.3 per game. No other conference team commits fewer than 11.5 turnovers per game.
Scouting Southern New Hampshire (13-13, 7-10 NE10)
The Penmen enter Tuesday's game with three consecutive wins, and five wins in their last six game. The one loss during that stretch was against Saint Anselm in overtime (Feb. 10). JoJo Wallace is the conference's leading scorer, averaging 23.7 points per game. No other conference player averages more than 18.0 points per game. Ugo Nwachukwu ranks ninth in scoring with an average of 15.1 points. He is also the team's leading rebounder (8.5). Jahshawne Joseph makes an impact on the glass by averaging 7.0 rebounds per game.
