WALTHAM, Mass. - Bentley women's lacrosse head coach Ashley Holdridge announced a new team member, signing six-year-old Bella through Team IMPACT on Wednesday afternoon.

Bella was officially introduced at a signing day press conference at The Dana Athletic Center on Bentley's campus. She will participate in many activities with the team including games, practices, and other events.

A lover of all animals, especially dogs, Bella enjoys reading and gymnastics. She especially loves anything that is pink, purple, sparkly or has rainbows in it!

Team IMPACT, a national non-profit organization, has developed a unique multiyear program that matches children facing serious illness and disability with college athletic teams across the country. Based on a clinical model, Team IMPACT guides a symbiotic relationship between teams and children focused on socialization, empowerment, and resilience.
