WALTHAM, Mass. - Sophomore Lily Tedford earned All-Region honors from the USTFCCA in both the 800 meters and one mile.

All-Region honors go to the top-5 individuals in each event.

Tedford ran the region's fastest one mile time of 4:57.77 at the BU Valentine Invitational. She posted the fifth best 800 time of 2:18.08 at the Gordon Kelly meet.

She was the gold medalist in the one mile at the NE10 Championships
