BOSTON – Lily Tedford took gold in the mile, and
Samantha Doran won bronze in the 3K during the final day of the Northeast 10 Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship Friday. The meet was held at the TRACK at New Balance.
Final Results
Tedford's time was 5:07.55, nearly two seconds faster than the second-place finisher. Doran ran the 3K in 10:35.85. She was a little more than 32 seconds off from the lead, but less than three seconds from second place.
Tedford placed second in the mile during the 2025 NE10 Indoor Track & Field Championship. Compared to last year, Tedford shaved nearly five seconds off of her championship mile time.
Amelia Luetjen qualified for the 800-m final, where she placed fifth overall with a time of 2:23.46. During Thursday's prelims, Luetjen set a personal record by finishing the 800-m in 2:19.80.
