DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Bentley fell on the road to #25 nationally ranked Mercy by a 15-10 score on Wednesday afternoon. The Mavericks remained unbeaten on the season at 4-0.

Natalia Dutkewych scored four goals to set a new career high.
Callie Burchill, who scored the overtime winner on Saturday at Roberts Wesleyan, had her first career hat trick.
Bentley trailed 13-8 going into the final quarter, but battled back with the first two goals of the fourth from Dutkewych and
Julia Schreiber to cut the deficit to 13-10 with 9:59 remaining.
Mercy though scored the final two goals of the afternoon, at the 5:41 and 3:50 marks, to hang on for the victory.
Mercy led 4-3 after the opening 15 minutes and the teams traded goals in the second quarter. Burchill's third goal of the first half, with 1:36 remaining, made it a 7-6 game in favor of the Mavs at halftime.
Freshman
Emilie Bobola tied the game for Bentley 3:17 into the second half, before Mercy scored three in a row to take a 10-7 lead. A goal by Dutkewych at 3:27 of the third quarter broke up the run.
Bentley (1-2) will now prepare for its home opener on Saturday against #20 Kutztown.
