Danielle O'Neil is in her 3rd season as Bentley's pitching coach.

In 2023 O'Neil helped the Falcons reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history and break the school record for wins with 30. Payton Doiron was named first team All-Conference and second team All-Region. The pitching staff posted a combined 2.46 ERA, third best in the NE10.

The 2024 season saw Riley Piromalli named third team All-Conference as the Falcons won 20-plus games for the third straight year.

O'Neill attended UMass-Lowell and earned a degree in psychology.
