2023

• Made Bentley debut at the Suffolk Short Course Classic.
• Competed at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 20:31.3.
• Among Bentley’s top-five finishers at the NE10 Championship, helping team to 6^th place.
• Also a top-five Bentley runner at the NCAA East Regional.

Before Bentley: 2023 graduate of Mountain Valley High School ... served as team captain of the cross country team as a senior and outdoor track in junior and senior years ... named first team All-Conference in both sports as a senior ... 2022 Sun Journal first team All-East Region in cross country ... helped Mountain Valley win multiple state championships in cross country and indoor and outdoor track ... conference champion in the 1,600 and 3,200 meter races in outdoor track as a senior ... also competed in nordic and alpine skiing ... was a team captain and state champion in those sports.
