Bentley University

Dana Trivigno serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Recreation and Competitive Sports at Bentley University and is a member of the Bentley Athletics senior leadership team. Since joining Bentley in December 2021, she has played a key role in advancing operational excellence, facility management, and recreation programming. 

In her current role, Trivigno oversees Bentley Recreation, which includes intramural sports, competitive sports, fitness and wellness programming, and recreational facility operations. Under her leadership, approximately 90 percent of Bentley students engage in recreation programming or utilize campus recreation facilities annually. 

Trivigno serves as sport supervisor for the Bentley men's hockey and women’s soccer teams, while overseeing Bentley Arena operations, which includes scheduling, events, and external engagement initiatives that support both campus and community use. 

During her tenure, Bentley men's hockey has achieved historic success, including multiple Atlantic Hockey Association Tournament Championships and the program’s first NCAA Tournament appearances. She has also supported the successful hosting of NCAA and Division I events at Bentley. 

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Trivigno contributes to university leadership through strategic initiatives and working groups. Most notably, she is part of the leadership team coordinating Bentley University’s partnership with the French National Team during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, helping lead planning and operational efforts for the international event. She has also contributed to initiatives involving arena revenue generation, coaching searches, student engagement, and campus partnerships.
 
Outside of Bentley, Trivigno is the co-founder of Core Talent Group, an athlete development organization focused on supporting youth and collegiate athletes in their athletic, academic, and personal growth. 

A former standout student-athlete, Trivigno was a team captain for the Boston College women's hockey team and helped lead the Eagles to three NCAA Frozen Four appearances and two Beanpot Championships. She represented Team USA internationally, winning gold medals at the IIHF Women’s World Championships in 2015 and 2016 and at the 2011 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship. She went on to play professionally in the PHF, NWHL, and PWHPA and has held various coaching and leadership roles in youth and collegiate hockey. 

Trivigno earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Operations from Boston College and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Suffolk University. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Bentley University, with an expected graduation in December 2026.
