Bentley University

Felicia Korte is Bentley's Senior Assistant Director of Fitness and Competitive Sports, and she also serves as the athletic department's Manager of Athletic Diversity & Inclusion. In addition to working with Bentley's Competitive Sports teams, she works closely with affinity groups such as the Bentley Black Student-Athlete Association (BBSA) and Pride in Motion. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2020. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Marketing from UMass Lowell in 2021.

At UMass Lowell, Korte was a member of the women’s basketball team. During her career she was the liaison for Team Impact, as well as contributing to the team's social media initiatives. She received the “Riverhawk Pride” award in 2019 for being a team player and upholding athletic department standards.

Prior to Bentley, Felicia volunteered with UMass Lowell marketing, as well as Watertown Youth Basketball.
