Nicholas Sardina was named Manager for Arena Operation at The Bentley Arena in April 2026. He arrives at Bentley after spending three years as the Assistant General Manager at Babson Skating Center.
At Babson, Sardina was the direct supervisor to more than 20 facility operators and student workers. Overall, Sardina helped oversee Babson Skating Center operations that consisted of 50 employees. He played an integral role in the restoration of the rink ice in July 2024.
Sardina is certified in Allergen Awareness (Always Food Safe), Food Protection Manager (Always Food Safe), Safe Ice Resurface Operations (U.S. Ice Rink Association), and CPR/AED (Red Cross).
Sardina is a graduate of Babson College, where he received his B.S. in Business (Marketing Concentration).
