It took Bentley five-plus minutes to score in the first quarter, but when they did score they broke through in a big way. They scored five goals in a four-plus minute span to race out to a 5-0 lead. Campbell had a hand in four of those goals, with assists on the first two goals by Granzier and junior Ben Baldasaro (Exeter, N.H./Exeter). Campbell then scored two in a row himself, at the 7:29 and 6:05 marks.

Assumption got to within 7-2 in the 2nd quarter, but Bentley responded with a 3-0 run that spanned four minutes. Goals by Moseman, Matt Mulcahy (South Windsor, Conn./South Windsor) and Tesoriero during the run gave Bentley a 10-2 lead with 3:11 remaining in the half.

The Falcons continued to pour it on in the 3rd quarter. They scored seven straight goals in a five-plus minute stretch. Six different players scored during the run, with Campbell the only player to score twice during the run in a balanced attack, which ended with Bentley ahead 17-3.

Guillaro scored Bentley's final two goals of the game, at the 3:12 mark of the 3rd quarter and 6:19 of the 4th quarter.

The Falcons improved their record to 1-2 on the season, both overall and in the NE10. They are next scheduled to play on Wednesday at AIC at 3:30 PM.
