WALTHAM, Mass. –
Nathan Alviti from the Bentley men's lacrosse team was named a third team Academic All-America in the men's at-large category by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Wednesday.
It's the second time Alviti has been voted a CSC Academic All-America. He received the recognition in 2023 as a sophomore, on the second team.
Alviti joins
Cam Bartolomeo (2024) and Scott Frerichs (1997) as players from the Bentley men's lacrosse program to be named an Academic All-America.
A native of New Fairfield, Conn., this past season Alviti had 22 goals and eight assists in 14 games. He added six caused turnovers and 15 ground balls as a midfielder.
His efforts helped lead Bentley to its third straight NCAA Tournament appearance in 2025.
Alviti has received a number of honors for his senior year, including All-America honorable mention and second team All-Region from the USILA. From the Northeast 10 he was first team All-Conference and Academic All-Conference.
Alviti majored in accounting and earned his bachelor's degree in May.
