What Falcons are saying about Jonathan Roche

"Jonathan Roche coming to speak to the team was one of the most impactful conversations that I have had here in my four years. His idea on the peak game score as the main way to grade our play in games on a scale of 0-5, regardless of statistics, will help our team in so many ways. We are going to hang up a poster in the locker room that reads: World-class mindset, World-class effort, World-class teammate, World-class character, and World-class leadership. If we can score 5's as individuals throughout the season while keeping an extremely positive self-coaching voice, we will have a clear path for success."

-    Thomas Hirsh, Senior

"Listening to Jonathan Roche really changed how I think about mindset and daily habits, especially the idea that we are our own coaches through the choices we make. His emphasis on embracing discomfort and maintaining a positive internal voice stood out to me because it showed how consistency and preparation directly impact confidence and performance. I also appreciated how he connected mental pacing and self-talk to game readiness, reminding us that pressure often comes from a lack of preparation. Personally, this talk made me more aware of how I use my time each week and how I speak to myself, and it motivated me to be more intentional about developing world-class habits both on and off the field. #PositiveAtThePodium!"

-    Cam Brutus, Sophomore

"Our team and coaching staff were so excited to learn from Jonathan Roche, who works with some of the top athletes at the highest level. We all loved that he is a former NCAA athlete and continues to demonstrate his commitment to his own principles. Our team left with a ton of motivation to be better teammates on and off the field. We discovered new ways to serve as our own self-coach in key areas of athletic and personal performance. I can't wait to see how the seeds we have planted in this seminar grow throughout the season."
