Waltham, Mass. – Bentley rolled to a fourth straight victory on Tuesday night by defeating Saint Michael's 5-1.
McKenzie Carey gave the Falcons a 1-0 lead with the night's first goal with 1:44 left in the opening period, with the assist coming from
Mia Gallinelli.
The Falcons then scored twice in the second quarter to take a 3-0 lead into halftime.
Lida Coco' second goal of the season came at the 18:56 mark for a 2-0 lead. Then with just seven seconds left before halftime,
Libby Harrison scored for the second time in three games to make it a three-goal lead at the break.
Saint Michael's pulled a goal back 1:40 into the second half, which was notable as it was the first goal the Falcons had conceded in more than 234 minutes of game-time. The streak spanned three full games and parts of two others.
A little under five minutes later, Bentley's three-goal lead was restored when
Gracie Moore tallied her third of the season at the 36:16 mark.
Just 16 seconds into the fourth quarter Moore struck again when she tipped in a long-range shot by Coco for her fourth goal of the year.

Mia Trottie made three saves to earn her fourth win of the season. Freshman
Annie Lorenz came on for the fourth quarter and made two saves.
The Falcons, now 6-5 on the season and 5-1 in NE10 games, host Mercy on Saturday for its Senior Day game.
