Waltham, Mass. – A third quarter goal by Saint Anselm's Amanda Lewandowski was enough to give the visiting Hawks a 1-0 win over Bentley on Wednesday night.

The Falcons see their two-game winning streak snapped.

After a scoreless first half in which Falcons goalie Mia Trottie made three saves, Saint Anselm took the lead 6:23 into the third quarter on Lewandowski's goal. She redirected a ball that was sent in by Chloe Kapsambelis from the top of the circle.

In the final two-plus minutes of the game the Falcons sent on an extra player in place of Trottie to help find the tying goal, but Saint Anselm was able to keep the ball on its end of the field and run out the clock.

Bentley will look to bounce back on Friday with a home game against New Haven at 4:00 pm.
