WALTHAM, Mass. – Luke Warnock threw five touchdown passes to four different receivers as the Bentley football team dominated Post, 59-0, in a Northeast 10 game Saturday afternoon. It was the third consecutive win for the Falcons, as they improve their record to 3-3, with a 3-1 NE10 mark.
Saturday's win was the program's biggest shutout victory since 2019. Six years ago, Bentley crushed Franklin Pierce by a score of 70-0. Post was averaging 35.0 points per game through four contests in 2025, but the Bentley defense always had an answer for whatever the Eagles threw the Falcons' way.
Bentley wasted little time in setting the tone against Post. The Falcons received the opening kickoff and march down the field in less than four minutes to score the game's first touchdown. The drive started at Bentley's 23-yard line, but the second play of the game was a 25-yard completion to
Isaiah Decias that put Bentley in Eagles territory.
A few plays later, Warnock connected with
Rashon Bradford for a 10-yard touchdown pass.
Posts' ensuing possession went three-and-out, as did its second possession. The Eagles' second punt of the game set Bentley up on its own 40-yard line late in the first quarter. That's when
Isaiah Osgood entered the game under center for Bentley. The speedster dropped back to pass, but he stepped up in the pocket to avoid the Post pass rush. Osgood tucked the ball away and sprinted 60 yards down the middle of the field for his second rushing touchdown of the season. Osgood's other rushing touchdown this season went for 43 yards in the season-opener against West Chester (Sept. 6).
The Falcons took a 21-0 lead late in the first quarter when Warnock found
Pat Damon for a 21-yard touchdown completion. Damon caught the pass at the five-yard line and barreled his way into the end zone just inside the pylon.
Telly Edouard has two touchdown catches in the second quarter. One went for 12 yards, and the other for 30. Bentley showed a little flare when Decias scored on a reverse from 19 yards out. Decias took the toss from Bradford in the backfield, completely catching the defense off guard.
Decias added a second touchdown catch – and third overall touchdown – in the third quarter.
Dylan Gordon bullied his way into the end zone with a six-yard run midway through the fourth quarter.
Bentley's defense notched a sack and recovered a fumble in it first shutout since a 3-0 win at Saint Anselm in Sept. 2024.
The Falcons have a by week before hosting Pace Oct. 24 for the Fall Harvest Game.
