Â
Schouten from the mountain tops
Senior linebacker
Henry Schouten's 11.0 tackles per game leads the NE10, and he is tied for eighth in the nation. Schouten was named the NE10 Defensive Player of the Week following the season-opener against West Chester (Sept. 6), when he recorded 16 tackles (10 solo).
Â
Use the force, Luke
Sophomore quarterback
Luke Warnock was named the NE10 Offensive Player of the Week after Bentley's most recent game – a 59-0 home win over Post (Oct. 11). He threw five touchdown passes to four different receivers, completing 20 of 25 pass attempts for 215 yards. Warnock's 62.5 completion-percentage leads the NE10 this season. He has 1,025 passing yards through six games, to go along with 10 touchdown passes.

Â
Run free
Bentley's success through the air wouldn't be possible without its run game.
Telly Edouard leads the team in rushing with 257 yards on 59 carries.
Joshua Compoh has 198 yards on 47 carries. But it's not just the running backs getting it done on the ground. Quarterback
Isaiah Osgood has 186 yards on 19 carries, including a couple of touchdown runs that both went for more than 40 yards.
Â
Conference landscape
The NE10 remains wide open, as five teams are .500 or better in conference games. Assumption (4-0 NE10) remains unbeaten in the conference, and Saint Anselm is 4-1 in the conference. Bentley has a 3-1 NE10 record, while Southern Connecticut (2-1) and Franklin Pierce (2-2) aren't far behind.
Â
Scouting Pace (0-8, 0-3 NE10)
Despite its winless record, Pace has had a couple of close results this season. The Setters narrowly lost at Saint Anselm, 31-29, a few weeks ago (Sept. 29). Last week, Pace lost by one point, 35-34, against Southern Connecticut. Three different quarterbacks have attempted at least 30 passes for Pace this season, but the bulk belongs to Ethan Coady. He has thrown for 1,099 yards, seven touchdowns, and nine interceptions this season. Anthony Robinson is the team's leading rusher with 395 yards.
