WALTHAM, Mass. – Senior tight end
Nayvon Reid hauled in two touchdown catches to lead the Bentley football team to a Senior Day win, 21-7, against American International (non-conference) Saturday afternoon.
It was the final game of the regular season for the 2025 Northeast 10 Champions. Bentley (7-3, 6-1 NE10) will find out its postseason opponent during the NCAA Selection Show Sunday, Nov. 16, at 6 p.m.
Reid's first touchdown grab of the game was a 32-yard pass from
Luke Warnock, giving Bentley a 7-0 lead just five minutes into the game. Reid and Warnock connected again later in the quarter. The second touchdown play went for 15 yards, doubling Bentley's lead to 14-0 heading into the second quarter.
Just over three minutes into the second quarter,
Isaiah Osgood threw a five-yard touchdown pass to
Rashon Bradford.
Senior
Joshua Compoh totaled 63 yards on 11 carries in the win.
Defensively, senior
Tyler Lane came up with two interceptions – his first two of the season.
