Decias named NE10 Offensive Player of the Year; Warnock earns NE10 Rookie of the Year

WALTHAM, Mass. – In addition to Northeast 10 Offensive Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year, the 2025 NE10 Football Champions totaled 16 All-NE10 honors, the conference announced Wednesday afternoon.

NE10 Release

The Bentley football's championship run leaned on graduate wide receiver Isaiah Decias (Offensive Player of the Year) and sophomore quarterback Luke Warnock (Rookie of the Year).

Decias missed the first three games of the season due to an injury, but his return to the gridiron made an immediate impact for the Falcons. His season-debut resulted in 69 receiving yards and two touchdown catches in a conference win over American International (Sept. 27). Decias had a career-high 157 receiving yards during Bentley's thrilling comeback win at Saint Anselm (Nov. 1), and he followed that up with a 153 receiving yards when Bentley beat Assumption to claim the NE10 title (Nov. 8).

Decias leads the NE10 in receiving yards per game by a wide margin. He averages 97.3 receiving yards per game, while no other NE10 player averages as much as 80. Decias' seven touchdown catches are tied for second in the conference. He was also named to the All-NE10 First Team.

Warnock is the first sophomore to start under center for Bentley since 2018. His first three games of the season presented a strong learning curve, but Warnock quickly found his footing.

Warnock didn't  throw a touchdown pass in his first three games, and his passing total was under 100 yards in two of those three games. In the ensuing six games, however, Warnock totaled 18 touchdowns (4 rushing), while averaging 211.7 passing yards per game. He threw only four interceptions during that six-game stretch.

By the end of the regular season, Warnock ranked second in the NE10 for passing touchdowns (18), and third for totaling passing yards (1,809). He was also named to the All-NE10 Second Team and All-NE10 Rookie Team.

Graduate tight end Pat Damon earned All-NE10 First Team for the second consecutive season. His averages 4.8 catches per game – third in the NE10. Damon's four touchdown catches on the season rank ninth in the NE10. Damon achieved a season-high seven catches in three different games, and he totaled a season-best 94 receiving yards in the NE10 title win over Assumption.

Of course, Bentley's offense wouldn't thrive without its offensive line. Joe LoChiatto and Mike Boutros were both named to the All-NE10 First Team. It is the third consecutive First Team selection for LoChiatto. Boutros earned All-NE10 Second Team in 2024.

Fellow offensive lineman Jett Ellis was named to the All-NE10 Second Team and All-NE10 Rookie Team.

Graduate wide receiver Rashon Bradford, who earned NE10 MVP a year ago, landed on the All-NE10 Second Team this fall. He averages 4.5 catches per game this season, good for fifth in the NE10. Bradford eclipsed 100 receiving yards twice this season. He hit exactly 114 receiving yards against both Franklin Pierce (Sept. 20) and Pace (Oct. 25).

Defensively, All-NE10 First Team selections Mike DiPlacido, Jake Fredericks, and Henry Schouten lead Bentley. DiPlacido, a graduate safety, ranks second in the NE10 for interceptions (3). He also forced a fumble and recovered a fumble this season. Fredericks, a sophomore defensive lineman, totaled 33 tackles in his nine games. Fredericks also won the NE10 Elite 24 Award, presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative GPA competing in a conference championship game.

Schouten is an All-NE10 First Team honoree for the second consecutive season. The senior linebacker ranks third in NCAA DII for tackles per game (12.6), and he was named NE10 Defensive Player of the Week three times this season.

Defensive lineman Kieran Campbell, defensive lineman Quincy Pickett, and defensive back Jakob Flores were each named to the All-NE10 Second Team.

Campbell earned All-NE10 Rookie Team, as well. Pickett ranked second on the team in tackles-for-a-loss (4.0) – two behind Schouten.

Bentley is in the NCAA Championship for the first time since 2021. The Falcons head to Pennsylvania this weekend where they'll take on undefeated Kutztown Saturday, Nov. 22, at 12 p.m.
