The NE10's second-place women's cross country team prepares for NCAA Regional

WALTHAM, Mass. – Two weeks after finishing as the runner-up in the 2025 Northeast 10 Championship, the Bentley women's cross country team is ready for the NCAA DII East Regional Championship Saturday, Nov. 8, at the Hopkinton Fairgrounds in Hopkinton, N.H.

Lily Tedford and Samantha Doran paced Bentley in the NE10 Championship race. Tedford finished the 6K fourth overall with a time of 23:48. Doran was right on her heels by crossing the finish line in 23:50, good for fifth place.

Molly Capece nearly cracked the top-10 in a field of 63 runners. She finished 11th overall by timing in at 24:41.

Bentley head coach Kevin Curtin is hopeful that Julia Rubin can return from injury this weekend. She was held out of the conference championship race.

The Falcons placed fourth in the 2024 NCAA East Regional. Tedford was 26th overall with a 6K time of 23:00.7, and Capece placed 37th by timing in at 23:40.6.
