WALTHAM, Mass. – Ten different players scored as #18 ranked Bentley defeated D'Youville 19-6 on Tuesday afternoon.
The Falcons improved to 2-0 at home and 3-2 on the season.
Maeve Johnson, fresh off being named the IWLCA Division II Offensive Player of the Week, had six goals to lead the way.
She had a hat trick within the opening 87 seconds and had five goals before half of the first quarter had been played.
Bentley led 10-0 after the first quarter and 12-0 before D'Youville scored its first goal at the 8:26 mark of the second quarter.
Amanda Davis had a hat trick and Nat Dutkewych and
Betsy Norko each had two goals. Dutkewych had a game high six draw controls.
Caroline Jadul and
Alexa Cazzorla each scored their first career goals in the 4
th quarter.
Bentley's next game is on March 19 at Adelphi for its NE10 opener.
