Capece wasted little time in her Bentley career to make an immediate impact. As a freshman, she placed 22
nd out of 94 runners in the 2023 NE10 Women's Cross Country Championship. Later that school year, she was named the NE10 Women's Rookie of the Year for the 2024 outdoor track & field season.
Capece placed 17
th in last year's NE10 Championship to help the Falcons win their first-ever conference title. She was named an Academic All-District honoree by College Sports Communicators last spring.
Gilbert and Hamel both ran in last year's conference title race. Both are fourth-year Falcons.
Bentley's 2025 season starts Sept. 6 in the Hartford Invitational.
