Sydney DeRoche scored her second goal of the season but Bentley fell to Daemen University 3-1 on Tuesday in a non-conference game.
DeRoche scored 31 seconds into the start of the second half to pull the Falcons to within 2-1. But Daemon's Kylie Miranto found the back of the net in the 57
th minute to make it a 3-1 game.
Daemen jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half on goals by Kaitlyn Wright in the 20
th minute and Miranto in the 39
th minute.
The Falcons fell to 2-2-1 on the season despite outshooting Daemen 14-9 overall and 10-5 in shots on goal. Daemen's keeper Becca Schultz made nine saves.
Bentley's next game is on Saturday at Saint Michael's.
