DARTMOUTH, Mass. – Lily Tedford was the top runner for the Bentley women's cross country team in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational Saturday.

Running in the Gold race, Tedford placed 55^th out of 267 runners. Her 6K time was 22:59.04. Marisa Rayhill was the next Falcon to cross the finish line, timing in at 24:47.98 for 139^th overall.

Bentley was shorthanded Saturday, and the team placed 23^rd out of 36 in the Gold race. The Falcons aim to be back at full strength for the New England Championships, Oct. 10.
