WORCESTER, Mass. - Bentley women's lacrosse won its second game in a row with a 14-7 road win over Assumption in a Northeast 10 contest on Saturday.
Ava Mule led the Bentley attack with a hat trick.
Caitlin Keenan and
Emily Hayward scored two goals each for the Falcons, who improved to 1-1 in NE10 play and 3-5 overall.
Lauren Rochel made 16 saves in the cage to earn the win.
The Falcons led 9-6 at the start of the fourth quarter, but a Greyhounds goal by Aleigh Thompson 1:19 into the quarter made it a two goal game.
That was Assumption's final goal of the day, however, and Bentley finished strong with a 5-0 run. Five different players scored during the run.
Bentley's next game is on Wednesday at 6:00 pm at home against Southern New Hampshire.
