What Falcons are saying:
"It was really cool hearing what it actually takes to compete at the Olympic level. The way he talked about discipline and preparation definitely stuck with me."
Â
"It was awesome hearing some of his Olympic stories and what training at that level was really like. It definitely puts things into perspective. It makes you realize how important the little things in training are."
Â
"John talked about consistency, discipline, and the mindset it takes to improve over time, which connects directly with our team mantra of being 'All In'. For us, that means committing to being our best in the pool, in the classroom, and in how we approach our goals every day. It was really special for our team to hear that message from someone who accomplished so much in the sport."
