Women's Swimming and Diving

Bentley women’s swimming and diving has four named CSC Academic All-District

WALTHAM, Mass. – Taylor White, Skyla Lang, Grace Motisi and Rishika Moorthy from the Bentley women's swimming and diving team were announced as College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team honorees on Tuesday.

A student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better, and have competed in 75 percent of team competitions or finish top-eight at a conference meet to qualify.

 White and Lang advance on to the national ballot for Academic All-America consideration.

White, a senior, won five medals at the NE10 Championships, including gold in the 1000 and 1650 freestyle races. Lang won four medals, including gold in the 200 IM and silver in the 400 IM.

Moorthy was the bronze medalist in the 3 meter dive and Motisi won silver with the 800 free relay team, in addition to two, top-six individual finishes.

As a team, Bentley was second at the NE10 Championships.

All four were previously named to the NE10 Academic All-Conference team.

This is the third straight year White is on the CSC Academic All-District team and the second straight for Lang.
