WALTHAM, Mass. - Bentley's new home run king is the Northeast 10 Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.
Stan DeMartinis III earned his third such weekly this season.

The Falcons finished the regular season by sweeping Adelphi in four games at home (May 1-2). In the bottom of the sixth inning Friday, DeMartinis belted a solo home run to the opposite field for his 20
th homer of the season, and the 44
th of his career. Both of those totals are Bentley records. Both records were previously held by Bentley head coach
Mike Hill.
Overall for the series, DeMartinis posted a .529 batting average with multiple hits in all four games. He also totaled nine RBI, with multiple RBI in three games.
DeMartinis ends the regular season as the NE10 leader in home runs (20), and he is tied with
Brendan Sencaj for the conference lead in RBI (70).
Bentley (36-13, 28-8 NE10) is the #2 seed in the NE10 Championship. The Falcons' postseason starts Thursday, April 7, in Manchester, N.H. Their opponent will be the winner of #6 Pace vs. #3 Saint Anselm (May 5).
