PHILADELPHIA, Pa. –
Logan Veloria and
Antonio Di Gaudio each scored in a 2-0 victory on the road for Bentley men's soccer over Holy Family on Saturday.
Veloria scored in the 23
rd minute to give the Falcons a 1-0 lead. It was his second of the season and assisted by
Matt McAuliffe.
In the 62
nd minute, Di Gaudio doubled Bentley's advantage with his second strike of the season.
Gamaliel Ortiz Rivas notched the assist.
Bentley enjoyed a 16-11 edge in total shots and 5-1 in shots on goal. It was their first shutout of the season.
The Falcons (2-2-1) next visit Assumption on Wednesday in a non-conference game. Kickoff in Worcester is set for 4:00 pm.
