WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley's Isaiah Osgood was named the Northeast 10 Offensive Player of the Week after a dominant effort on the ground in Saturday's 48-14 win at Saint Anselm.

Osgood had nine carries for 168 yards and two touchdowns. He averaged 18.7 yards per carry and more than doubled his career high for rushing yards in a game.

With the game tied 7-7 in the first quarter, his 12-yard TD run gave the Falcons the lead for good at 14-7.

In the fourth quarter he sprinted away for an 82-yard TD to cap the 48-14 victory.

Osgood also had a 36-yard run in the second quarter which led to a touchdown.

Bentley (1-1) is back in action on Saturday against Post University for its home opener on Falcon Weekend. Kickoff is at 3:00 pm.
