Neilee Hess

Neilee Hess is in her second season on the Bentley field hockey coaching staff with the 2026 season.

In her first season on the staff, the Falcons reached both the NCAA Tournament and the finals of the NE10 Championship. The team went 13-9 and ended the season ranked 10th in the final NFHCA poll.

From Franklin, Massachusetts and a former NCAA goalie, Hess played two seasons at both Springfield College and Wheaton College.
