Senior tight end who is majoring in finance ... minor is law ... began his career as an offensive lineman … only player from North Carolina on this year’s roster.

2018: Made only appearance of the season Nov. 3 against Assumption.

2017: Appeared in seven games … made collegiate debut Aug. 31 at West Chester.

2016: Did not see any game action as a freshman.

Before Bentley: 2016 graduate of Green Hope High School … football team captain in 2015, as well as the team’s Outstanding Lineman … four-time Academic All-Conference … helped Green Hope win the conference championship in 2014 … also lettered in lacrosse.

Personal: Age as of Sept. 1: 21 … son of Jonathan and Elyse Ressler … has one brother, Bo (19), and one sister, Samantha (23) … brother is playing football at North Carolina State ...  father played football at Delaware.
