Before Bentley: 2017 graduate of Commack High School where he was the football team’s captain and MVP as a senior … led New York’s Suffolk County in regular season passing yards (2,137) and TDs (18) in 2016 … All-Suffolk County … finalist for the Boomer Esiason Award, which is presented to the best QB in Suffolk County … All-State honorable mention … Commack High School’s Most Outstanding Male Athlete Award for the 2016 fall season … also lettered in basketball and lacrosse.
