Before Bentley: 2016 graduate of St. Peter-Marian High School who prepped at Bridgton Academy … was a two-year captain at SPM … three-sport athlete and five-year member of the Guardian football team … Central Massachusetts all-star in 2014… was his high school’s all-time leading passer with 3,087 yards and 27 TDs … also ran for 1,106 yards and 16 TDs during his career.

Personal: Age as of Sept. 1: 20 … son of Sean and Margaret Leary … has three brothers – Ed (24), Rick (22) and Owen (18) – and four sisters – Deirdre (27), Carly (26), Malachi (14) and Rileigh (12) … Deidre was a team captain and four-year starter for the Bentley women’s soccer team.
