NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Bentley University had its seven-match
unbeaten streak and three-match winning streak ended Saturday
night, as the Falcons fell to Southern Connecticut 2-0 in
Northeast-10 men's soccer. Sophomore Rob McGibney led the Owls

McGibney broke a scoreless tie in the 31st minute with an
unassisted goal, his seventh of the season.
Just over two minutes after halftime, McGibney struck again,
this time with senior Harry Appiah on the assist.

Owls goalie Andrew Esposito, who made five saves to earn the
win.
Graduate student Bill Nussdorfer (Harvard,
Mass./Bromfield School) and freshman Cody Osgood
(Harvard, Mass./Bromfield School) each had a team-high two
shots for the Falcons.
