Bentley Battles Le Moyne to 0-0 Draw, Nikiforov Makes 10 Saves

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Graduate student goalie Mike Nikiforov (Framingham, Mass./Framingham) made 10 saves as the Bentley University men's soccer team and Le Moyne played to a scoreless draw at Sodexo Field in Syracuse on Saturday afternoon in Northeast-10 play.

The Falcons remain unbeaten in NE-10 play at 1-0-2 and go to 4-1-2 overall, and Le Moyne goes to 1-1-2 in the league and 2-2-3 overall.

The Dolphins peppered Bentley 's goal with shots all afternoon, getting off 27 in total and 10 on net but Nikiforov stood tall to help the Falcons earn a point in the standings.

Nikiforov made a save in each of the overtime periods, denying Justin Fredsell in the first OT and Michael Spadine in the second.

Bentley heads back into action on Tuesday afternoon when they host Saint Michael's at 3:30 p.m.
