MANCHESTER, N.H. – Bentley saw its five-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday night at No. 5 ranked Southern N.H. by a 1-0 score.
It was a matchup of two of the top teams in the NE10 standings as the Penmen came in tied for first at 7-0 and Bentley in third at 6-1.
The deciding goal was scored by Carley Lovejoy with 5:33 remaining in the first half.

Erin McGuinness made five saves on the night and her counterpart Emma Peeters stopped three shots.
Bentley sent on an extra player for the final 3:33 of the game in search of the tying goal. They had a penalty corner and a shot on goal by
Hannah Blomquist that came from it, but Peeters made the save.
The Falcons' records go to 6-2 in the NE10 and 7-6 overall. They next face No. 7 Assumption on Friday at home.
