Men's Swimming Helps Bentley Finish Day Two of WPI Gompei Invite in Second Place

WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley finished day two of the WPI Gompei Invitational in second place with 2496 combined points.

Sophomore Daniel Lehr had a stellar day for the Falcons. He won the 50 backstroke race with a time of 24.41. Calvin Ye was third in that race, touching the wall in 24.47.

Lehr was also third in the 100 back with a time of 52.34. Griffin Keliher was also in the finals of that race and posted a time of 53.87.

Matt Walden was fifth in the 400 IM with a time of 4:09.74.

The 200 free relay team was sixth with a time of 1:24.73 and featured Ye, Zach Ellis, Lehr and Ethan Rehkopf.

The 800 medley relay team of Lehr, Kenny Ryu, Ellis and Rehkopf was 8th with a time of 3:30.40.
