DiPalo Makes Eight Saves and Matthews Scores Late Equalizer in 1-1 Tie at Pace

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Freshman forward Olivia Matthews scored a late equalizer as the Falcons battled back for a 1-1 tie at Pace on Saturday.

Matthews's fifth goal of the season in the 76th minute helped Bentley earn a crucial point in the NE10 standings with just one match remaining. Their record goes to 2-4-2 in the NE10 and 5-6-4 overall.

Goalkeeper Holly DiPalo made a season high eight saves against nine shots faced.

The Falcons close out the regular season at home against AIC on Wednesday and they will have a chance to qualify for the NE10 Championship.
