WALTHAM, Mass. – Tyler Lane had a Senior Day to remember, and the Bentley senior defensive back was named the Northeast 10 Defensive Player of the Week.
NE10 Release
Lane had two interceptions during Bentley's regular-season finale win (non-conference) over American International, 21-7 (Nov. 15). They were the first two interceptions of the season for Lane.
Lane's first interceptions came with just 10 seconds left in the first quarter. The turnover set Bentley up on its own 49-yard line, and the Falcons' ensuing drive ended with a five-yard touchdown pass from
Isaiah Osgood to
Rashon Bradford.
Lane's second interception happened in the middle of second quarter, ending an AIC drive that reached Bentley's 30-yard line.
Lane and the 2025 NE10 Champion Falcons prepare for their NCAA Championship First Round game at Kutztown Saturday, Nov. 22. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 p.m.
