Bentley to begin national search for women's soccer head coach

WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley will commence a national search immediately for its next women's soccer head coach after Sarah Dacey resigned from her post.

Dacey was the Falcons' head coach for three seasons, leading Bentley to an NCAA Championship berth in 2024.

Among Bentley's four All-Northeast 10 selections in 2025, three are underclassmen. Sophomore Sydney DeRoche was named to the All-NE10 First Team, while fellow classmate Abi Hennessey was named to the All-NE10 Third Team. Freshman Olivia Matthews was named to the All-NE10 Rookie Team.

Bentley Athletics includes 24 varsity sports with over 500 student-athletes, offering a competitive experience that enriches their educational experience. Bentley student-athletes have a 12-year streak of posting at least a 97% graduation rate, which consistently ranks among NCAA DII leaders.
