Lighting up Christmas
Bentley's most recent games were in the Mocs Christmas Classic hosted by Florida Southern (Dec. 19-20). The Falcons (7-3, 1-1 NE10) beat Florida Southern, 82-66, to begin the weekend. The Mocs were nationally ranked No. 25 at the time. Bentley finished its trip with a 92-68 win over Barry.

Livin' large at the line
Bentley's 81.5 free-throw percentage not only leads the NE10, but it ranks third in NCAA DII.
Cash McClure's 90.3 free-throw percentage ranks fourth in the conference, and
Mantas Zilys ranks fifth with an 88.0 free-throw percentage.

Bentley is the only NE10 team with three players who rank among the top 10 for rebounding in the conference.
Cooper Farrall ranks third (9.2),
Chase Clarke is seventh (8.6), and
Cash McClure 10
th (6.6). As a team, Bentley's average of 41.6 rebounds per game ranks second in the NE10.

Leading role
In addition to ranking third in the NE10 for rebounding,
Cooper Farrall ranks sixth in scoring (16.6) and sixth in field-goal percentage (59.5-percent). He has five double-doubles this season, including two in the Mocs Christmas Classic.

Consistent contests
Bentley is holding opponents to shooting just 39.2-percent from the floor, which is the second-best defensive mark in the NE10. The Falcons have held opponents to under 41.0-percent from the floor for seven consecutive games.

Scouting St. Thomas Aquinas (6-7, 3-1 ECC)
The Spartans enter this weekend with four consecutive losses. They have two common opponents with Bentley: Assumption and Post. The Spartans lost to Assumption, 98-90, but beat Post, 89-72. Bentley has wins against both Assumption and Post this season. Starrell Hearns is averaging a team-high 16.3 points per game for the Spartans. He is also the team's leading rebounder with 4.8 rebounds per game. The Spartans are shooting 29.0-percent from 3-point range this season, and they're shooting 44.1-percent from the floor overall.
