DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Bentley scored three goals in the final 15-plus minutes to defeat Mercy 5-3 on Saturday for its fourth consecutive win.
Trailing 3-2 late in the third quarter,
Gracie Moore scored with 26 seconds left to tie the game.

Sophie Manchester netted the go-ahead goal with 9:16 remaining in the game with her second tally of the afternoon. Moore then punctuated the victory by scoring again with 2:09 left.
Bentley has now scored 20 goals in its last three games. They improved to 4-4 overall and 3-0 NE10 with the victory.
Mercy jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first quarter before Manchester's first goal of the day just before the quarter ended made it 2-1.
Just after halftime,
Lilly Cook converted a penalty stroke to tie the game and to score for the third straight contest.
Mercy though went back in front 3-2 on a goal by Charlotte Sabert midway through the third frame.
That goal, however, set the stage for Bentley's comeback with Moore scoring with 26 seconds remaining to tie it going into the fourth.
Bentley will next play on Tuesday against Southern New Hampshire at home (6:00 pm) to start a three game home stand.
