WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley women's track & field team totaled six top-10 finishes during the Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational hosted by Brandeis Saturday afternoon.
Results
Lily Tedford won the 1,000-m in dominant fashion. Her time of 3:03.38 was nearly three second faster than the next runner.
Amelia Luetjen placed eighth in that race with a time of 3:11.81.
Hannah Croteau was second in the 60-m hurdles, crossing the finish line in 9.55 seconds.
Samantha Doran was third in the 3,000-m (10:33.04), and
Heidi Storey earned a third-place finish in the long jump (4.99-m).
India Haynesworth's time of 1:26.36 in the 500-m was good for ninth overall.
As a team, Bentley finished seventh out of eight with 31 points.
The Falcons' next meet is the Gordon Kelley Invitational hosted by MIT, Jan. 24.
