WALTHAM, Mass. – Lukas Swedin and Alec Leonard collected awards from Atlantic Hockey for their efforts in helping Bentley to a series sweep over Robert Morris.

Swedin was named the Goalie of the Week for the second time this season, and Leonard was selected as the Defenseman of the Week.

Swedin made 30 saves in Friday's 5-0 victory over the Colonials for his second shutout of the season. He was previously the Goalie of the Week on October 13 after Bentley's season opening shutout of Vermont.

This is his fourth career Goalie of the Week award.

Leonard, a sophomore from Toronto, had a co-team high four points in the series. He notched two goals and one assist in Saturday's 5-1 win, and one assist on Friday.

Leonard also led the squad with four blocked shots.

The Falcons (3-3, 2-0 AHA) take on Holy Cross this weekend in a home-and-home series.
