What's at stake
A win against Adelphi (12-11, 6-10 NE10) will assure that Bentley (19-3, 15-1 NE10) earns at least a share of the Northeast 10 Regular Season title. Southern Connecticut (19-5, 14-2 NE10) trails Bentley by just one game in the conference standings. The Owls host Saint Michael's this Saturday.

Flipped a switch
Sophomore
Brennan Doran scored 16 points during Bentley's 73-45 win over Pace this week (Feb. 18). It was the second time in three games that she has been Bentley's leading scorer. Over the past four games, Doran is averaging 14.0 points. Prior to that run, her scoring average for the season was 5.0 points.
Â
Doubling up on double-doubles
Kayana Armbrister and
Julia Elie had identical double-doubles against Pace (Feb. 18), as both Falcons scored 10 points and pulled down 11 rebounds. It was the third double-double of the season for Armbrister, and the fifth for Elie. Armbrister is Bentley's leading rebounder with 6.5 boards per game, and Elie narrowly trails with 6.4 rebounds per game.
Â
They say defense wins championships
Bentley enters the weekend with the conference's best scoring defense, allowing just 53.8 points per game. A key part of that effort is limiting second-chance opportunities. Bentley is yielding only 29.6 rebounds per game to the opposition, as the Falcons are the only NE10 team allowing fewer than 33.0 rebounds per game to opponents.
Â
On the other end of the floor…
Bentley's 44.6 field-goal percentage leads the NE10 by a wide margin. The next best mark is Southern New Hampshire's 41.4 field-goal percentage.
