WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley fell to Air Force 2-0 on Saturday night to wrap up the regular season in which the earned the program's first Atlantic Hockey regular season championship and the #1 seed in the conference playoffs.
The game was scoreless after two periods but Air Force scored twice in the final frame. Will Dawson scored at the 1:13 mark and Aidan Willis at 9:42.

Lukas Swedin made 26 saves and his counterpart Dominik Wasik turned away 25 Bentley shots.
Despite the setback this weekend, Bentley finished the regular season at 18-11-5 overall and 16-6-4 in Atlantic Hockey.
With 53 conference points, they finished five ahead of second place Sacred Heart with 48 points.
They will be the #1 seed in the conference tournament and will have home-ice advantage throughout. They will learn their opponent for the best of three quarterfinals after the first round is completed on Tuesday.
The quarterfinal series begins on Friday, March 6.
